Once we have received your files we will always send you a quote before starting the project. This way you know the costs and expected timescale from the start and there are no unpleasant surprises.

Translation projects are calculated on a per-word basis. The rate depends upon the languages involved, the subject matter and the size of the project. Desktop publishing, localisation, proofreading, copywriting and other services are charged on an hourly basis depending on the particular requirements for the project.

For larger projects and regular assignments (e.g. newsletters) we can offer discounted rates.
